We know that you want to get your products as fast as possible because that’s exactly how we feel when we order stuff on the Internet. The company policy of Funky Food Shop is to ship your order with the next working day’s mail and over 95% of our orders meet this standard. Fast and accurate shipping is our number one goal.
Currently we are using two different shipping services. Smaller orders are sent United States Postal Service Priority Mail (two to three working days delivery). Larger orders are sent via Federal Express Ground/Home Delivery (one to four days delivery).
Please note: orders needing overnight delivery must be placed no later than 2 PM EST on the day the package needs to ship.
On the rare occasion a product goes out of stock we will notify you right away with the option to cancel your order or substitute another product.
International orders require additional postage (this includes free shipping offers) and a PayPal account. We will contact you after your purchase with the amount owed. If you do not have a PayPal account you can either check out with Amazon (which will calculate the postage) or call us directly with your credit card information.

We’ve sent thousands and thousands of orders to happy customers. On rare occasion a product is damaged during delivery. If this happens contact us and we will send replacements for the damaged goods as soon as we receive the products back.
