When you use our site Funkyfoodshop we ask you to provide certain personal information such as your address, phone number, etc. All information that you provide is completely private and will never be sold or used by a third party. The only time it is used is to access and complete your orders. • Please note that your credit card information is not saved. All collection of credit card information is done through a merchant account which processes our transactions and, at the end of the business day (when your order is settled) this information is no longer available.

Uses of Information

As noted above, the information you provide with an order will never be sold to another party. It is only used to finish sending your order. • Our email policy is simple. Once a year, usually just before Thanksgiving, we send out a mass email to all of our customers, informing them of holiday specials. If you want to opt out of this once-a-year message just send an email to us and we will remove you from the contact list.
